The 9th Annual FloydFest kicks off tomorrow in Floyd, VA and included in the lineup are Grace Potter & The Nocturnals and Jason Spooner. The festival launched in 2002 as a way to showcase the region. According to the promoters, “Floyd is an old spirit which has lately solidified its own reputation as a place of beauty and bounty,of year round celebration of culture and community. FloydFest was created, and exists, in part, as an annual showcase of the spirit of this special place.”
Jason will be going on at 3:30 on Friday at the Dance Tent, and Grace hits the Hill Holler stage at 4pm on Sunday, but she will sit down beforehand for A Conversation With Grace Potter at The Workshop Porch at 2:15pm that day.
