Directed by Pam Thomas, “Be OK” makes it debut at MySpace Impact for social and civic engagement to also drive awareness for Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at raising funds to accelerate cancer research and end cancer’s reign as a leading cause of death.

Centered around the title track, Ingrid’s benefit project “Be OK” – composed of previously unreleased songs, covers, and live recordings that have become favorites in her set list over the past year will be released October 14 on her own Cabin 24 Records. A portion of the proceeds from the project will be donated to SU2C.
